Mood Media Corporation announces TSX ticker symbol change to "MM" and
addition to Board of Directors
TORONTO, July 12 /CNW/ - Mood Media Corporation ("Mood Media") announced that its planned TSX ticker symbol change to "MM" is effective today.
Additionally, Mood Media announced that, as contemplated, Philippe G. von Stauffenberg has joined Mood Media's Board of Directors as Vice Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Philippe G. von Stauffenberg was the architect of the in-store media consolidation in Europe when he purchased and merged the three major European companies to form Mood. Philippe served as Executive Chairman during the integration stage and then pursued other complementary deals (such as investments in 3D Technology). Previously, he was a Principal at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, Inc., where he led deals in the media and microelectronics industries investing over $500M of equity. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer at Eurotax Glass International AG and Executive Chairman of Heitmann International. Philippe has also worked at both E.M. Warburg Pincus & Co. in London and Bain & Company after finishing his studies at Harvard University where he received BA, MA, and MBA degrees.
