on AIM - First Day of Dealings

LONDON, Sept. 13 /CNW/ - Mood Media Corporation (ISIN: CA61534J1057) (TSX:MM) ("Mood Media") is pleased to announce the admission of its share capital to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") and the first day of dealings in its common shares under ticker symbol "MM." at 8.00 am today. Mood Media Corporation was previously called Fluid Music Canada, Inc.

At Admission, the Company will have 105,657,140 common shares of no par value admitted to trading on AIM. The Company's common shares and convertible debentures are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
