MOONCOR EXTENDS WARRANT EXPIRATION DATES

CALGARY, Nov. 16 /CNW/ - Mooncor Oil & Gas Corp. ("Mooncor") (MOO:TSXV) announced today that it has obtained approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry dates of the common share purchase warrants exercisable at $0.20 per share issued by Mooncor in its December 2008 private placement financing. Accordingly, the December 12, 2010 expiry date of the 275,000 warrants which remain outstanding is extended to December 12, 2011, the December 18, 2010 expiry date of the 500,000 warrants which remain outstanding is extended to December 18, 2011, and the December 19, 2010 expiry date of the 1,366,112 warrants which remain outstanding is extended to December 19, 2011. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of Mooncor. The exercise price of these warrants remains unchanged at $0.20.
Including the warrants mentioned above, Mooncor currently has warrants outstanding exercisable for 27,445,545 common shares in the capital of Mooncor.
