TORONTO, June 7, 2012 /CNW/ - Starting June 23, GO Transit will be expanding service for Richmond Hill GO Bus and Barrie line passengers, including a summer weekend Barrie GO Train and Bus service pilot.
The service changes include:
61 - Richmond Hill GO Bus
- Two new weekday trips will depart Union Station at 3:40 p.m.; one will operate express to Richmond GO Station, and the other express to Langstaff GO Station.
65 - Barrie GO Train
- From June 23 to Sept 3, six new weekend train trips will run in either direction: two from/to Allandale Waterfront GO Station, and four to/from East Gwillimbury GO Station.
- Five weekday northbound train trips will depart Barrie South three minutes earlier. No other times on this trip are affected.
68 - Barrie/Newmarket GO Bus
- From June 23 to Sept 3, four new weekend trips will operate in either direction making all stops between Barrie Bus Terminal and East Gwillimbury GO Station.
