Dale Ponder joins Morneau Shepell Board of Directors
TORONTO, Feb. 9, 2016 /CNW/ - Morneau Shepell Inc. (TSX: MSI) announced today that Dale R. Ponder has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors, effective February 9. Ms. Ponder is the National Managing Partner and Chief Executive of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, a leading Canadian law firm, with offices across the country and in New York.
Ms. Ponder has had extensive experience throughout her career leading transactions relating to public and private merger and acquisition matters and advising boards of public companies.

Ms. Ponder has spoken extensively on leadership in professional services industries and has been recognized repeatedly as one of WXN's Top 100 Powerful Women in Canada and as one of the Top 25 by Canada's Women of Influence organization.
Ms. Ponder is a member of The Learning Partnership Advisory Board, the Governors' Council of St. Michael's Hospital Foundation and the CGCA Advisory Board, and is a mentor in the Women's Executive Network. She has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario and is based in Toronto.
