TORONTO, June 7, 2016 /CNW/ - Morneau Shepell Inc. ("Morneau Shepell") (TSX: MSI) announced today that, pursuant to the underwriting agreement dated May 18, 2016 between Morneau Shepell and a syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial Inc. and TD Securities Inc. (the "Underwriters"), the Underwriters have exercised, in full, their option to purchase $11,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.75 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due June 30, 2021. The closing of the over-allotment option is intended to be completed on June 8, 2016.
These securities have not been and will not be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any other state securities laws, and may not be offered or sold in the United States.
