Morrison Hershfield President and CEO Anthony Karakatsanis Announces his
Executive Team

TORONTO, Nov. 9 /CNW/ - Anthony Karakatsanis, P.Eng., President and Chief Executive Officer of Morrison Hershfield Group Inc., is pleased to announce the appointments of Edward Gazzola, P.Eng., as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Global Business Development; Catherine Karakatsanis, P.Eng., as Executive Vice President, Buildings, Technology & Energy; and Bruce Miller, P.Eng., as Executive Vice President, Infrastructure, Transportation & Environmental. The appointments are effective immediately.

Edward Gazzola has a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, completed the Ivey School of Business Executive Management Program and is a ten year active member of Vistage International. He joined Morrison Hershfield in 1987 and has been part of the Board of Directors and Executive Team for the past 15 years. Prior to this appointment he built and led the firm's U.S. operations.

Catherine Karakatsanis joined Morrison Hershfield in 1989 and has broad senior level experience corporately and in all of the firm's service areas. She has been a member of the Board of Directors for the past five years. She holds a Masters Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Western Ontario and is also Past President of Professional Engineers Ontario.

Bruce Miller joined Morrison Hershfield in 2005. Most recently he led the firm's Canadian operations and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the past three years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University and has 38 years of Canadian and international experience in design and construction management.
