Mr Yousef AL-OBAIDLY appointed President of beIN SPORTS France
BOULOGNE, France, May 28, 2014 /CNW/ - Mr. Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, CEO of beIN Media Group, announces the appointment of Mr. Yousef Al-Obaidly as President of beIN SPORTS France. Mr. Al-Obaidly was Delegate General Director of beIN SPORTS France since the launch of the channel. He will succeed Mr. Al-Khelaïfi as President of beIN SPORTS France, whilst keeping his already existing responsibilities as Deputy CEO of beIN Media Group.
Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, CEO of beIN Media Group, declares: "In less than two years, beIN SPORTS France has enjoyed great success. Mr. Yousef Al-Obaidly's contribution was instrumental. Yousef Al-Obaidly graduated from Seattle University, and over the past few years he has overseen the launch of beIN SPORTS in France, in the US, and more recently in Asia. Yousef Al-Obaidly is also Secretary General of Qatar Tennis Federation, board member of Qatar Sports investment and board member of PSG Football Club and PSG Handball Club.
