<p><location>QUEBEC</location> CITY, <chron>Oct. 1</chron> /CNW/ -- MSC Cruises previewed its 2010 inaugural season of Canada/New England cruises for Canadian travel agents and media representatives on <chron>October 1</chron> in <location>Quebec</location> City. MSC Cruises will launch its new Canada/New England program featuring the MSC Poesia sailing between <location>New York City</location> and the Port of <location>Quebec</location> in <chron>September 2010</chron>.</p>

<p>MSC Poesia will sail a series of five Fall Foliage cruises between New York and <location>Quebec</location> City before repositioning to <location>Fort Lauderdale</location> for the 2010-11 winter Caribbean season.</p>

The opportunity to sail from <location>Quebec</location> will be coming to fruition allowing residents of the Northeastern <location>United States</location> and <location>Canada</location> to experience MSC Cruises while sailing on one of the line's newest ships," says Richard E. <p>MSC Poesia departs Kiel, <location>Germany</location> on <chron>Sept. 4, 2010</chron> on an 18-night transatlantic journey to <location>New York City</location>. She makes her inaugural arrival in <location>New York City</location> on <chron>Sept. 21, 2010</chron> with an overnight in NYC.</p>

<p>The ship will then introduce MSC Cruises' first Canada/New England autumn itineraries with the following five cruises:</p>

    --  A 10-night roundtrip, departing from New York City on Sept. 22 and
        calling in Sydney, Charlottetown, Quebec, Halifax and Newport
    --  A 7-night sailing from New York City to Quebec, departing Oct. 2 and
        calling in Halifax, Charlottetown and Corner Brook
    --  A return 7-night cruise from Quebec to New York City, departing Oct. 9
        and calling in Sydney, Bar Harbor, Boston and Newport
    --  A second 7-night cruise from New York City to Quebec, departing Oct.
16
        and calling in Halifax, Sydney and Charlottetown

    --  A 9-night voyage from Quebec to Fort Lauderdale, departing Oct. 23 and
        calling in Sydney, Boston, Newport, and New York City.
