Free wireless app underscores MTS's commitment to improving the customer experience
WINNIPEG, June 17, 2014 /CNW/ - (TSX:MBT) MTS, Manitoba's leading full-service telecommunications provider, today announced the launch of the My Network Feedback App. This free wireless app gives MTS customers the ability to quickly and easily report wireless network service concerns as they happen or later at their convenience.
"We are proud of MTS's award-winning 4G LTE Wireless Network, but we also realize that we need to continually evolve and improve if we want to stay Manitobans' preferred wireless provider," said MTS Vice President Brand & Consumer Marketing Paul Norris. "The My Network Feedback app is another opportunity for our customers to communicate with us. We're listening to their feedback and it helps us shape the evolution of our services here in Manitoba."
MTS Wireless customers can use the My Network Feedback app to report voice or data connectivity issues to MTS, including dropped calls, coverage gaps, voice quality and slow data. For added accuracy, users can map their location and indicate whether they are indoors, outdoors or travelling. MTS will use this information to prioritize future network enhancements.

- MTS News - Stay in the loop and learn about the improvements MTS is making to wireless networks in your region
- Tech Tips - Tailored to keep your phone working at its best
- MTS Wi-Fi - Locate the nearest MTS Wi-Fi Hotspot where MTS Wireless and Internet customers can enjoy free Wi-Fi access
