WINNIPEG, Nov. 2 /CNW/ - MTS is proud to announce its sponsorship of Manito Ahbee: Bringing People Together, taking place November 3 to 7, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Manito Ahbee Festival, featuring the Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards, will receive communications support, including wireless devices and services, from MTS.
Kelvin Shepherd, President, MTS will also co-present an award at the Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards, televised on the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network on November 5.

Highlights of the five-day festival include an international powwow competition, the Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards, and the Indigenous Marketplace and Trade Show - all held at the MTS Centre.
