MTY expands its overseas network of franchises

("MTY" or the "Company") (TSX: MTY), franchisor and operator of multiple concepts of quick service restaurants, announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MTY Tiki Ming Enterprises Inc., has signed two area master development agreements with a solid and well respected master franchisee to develop Mr. Sub and Jugo Juice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the United Arab Emirates.

"With approximately 100 stores currently in operations outside Canada, and following the successful signing of area master franchise agreements for Morocco, London (United Kingdom) and Lebanon, the two new agreements are in line with our overseas growth strategy" says Stanley Ma.
