award-winning Poynt application

Poynt enables users to discover their local area and makes it easy for consumers to view search results on an interactive map, get driving directions, make restaurant reservations, see showtimes, watch movie trailers and now view weather and find gas - all from within one intuitive application.
Poynt's new weather feature displays the current temperature and conditions while the physical look of the weather and the time of day is displayed in the background of the application. If the user is in an area where there are conditions such as snowfall or rain, snowflakes or droplets will appear on the screen in a lifelike manner. Users can click on the listed temperature and conditions for more in depth details on the current local weather including: humidity, pressure, dew point, wind chill and cloud cover. The short-term forecast can be accessed from Poynt's main page by clicking on the within the application. The weather feature is available throughout
