Multiplied Media Corporation retains DSK Consulting Ltd. to provide investor
relations activities

CALGARY , Oct. 6 /CNW/ - Multiplied Media Corporation (the "Company")(TSX:V MMC), a Calgary-based provider of mobile local search services is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of DSK Consulting Ltd. ("DSK") to handle its investor relations activities, subject to regulatory approval including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

DSK, a Calgary , Alberta-based company, will initiate and maintain contact with the financial community, shareholders, investors and other stakeholders for the purpose of increasing awareness of the Company and its activities. DSK takes a full service approach to investor relations and provides creative, effective results-driven investor relations programs for Canadian public companies. DSK does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest, other than as disclosed below.

"It was important for us to find an Investor Relations company with strong retail and institutional relationships that could also provide a broad range of services to help us tell the Multiplied Media story to the investment community," said Andrew Osis, CEO, Multiplied Media. The agreement is effective immediately, and may be terminated by either party at any time. The Company has agreed to pay DSK a monthly consulting fee of $5,000 and has granted 300,000 options to purchase common shares per the Company's Stock Option Plan. Each option is exercisable at the closing price of $0.14 per share at the signing of the agreement. The options cannot be exercised prior to receipt of all necessary approvals from the TSX Venture Exchange.
