NACC applauds Government of Canada decision to lift visa requirements for the Czech Republic
OTTAWA, Nov. 14, 2013 /CNW/ - The National Airlines Council of Canada (NACC) welcomes today's decision by the Government of Canada to lift visa requirements for citizens of the Czech Republic.
"NACC applauds the Government of Canada's decision to lift visa requirements for citizens of the Czech Republic. Coupled with the recent Canada-Europe Trade Agreement, measures such as these are instrumental in increasing trade, travel and tourism between Canada and Europe," said Marc-André O'Rourke, Executive Director of the NACC. "With significant improvements already made to the asylum system and the opportunities created with the upcoming Electronic Travel Authorization, NACC airlines encourage the Government to relax travel restrictions where appropriate for other countries and we look forward to working with the Government to facilitate business and trade from other emerging economies."
