RICHMOND, BC, March 16, 2017 /CNW/ - Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. (the "Company" or "Nass Valley") wishes to announce that, further to the news release issued March 2, 2017, it has substantially completed the documentation for its acquisition of IXI Treasury Holdings Limited ("ITHL") and is preparing to submit the documents to the CSE for review and approval of the Fundamental Change.

Although Nass Valley has received all documents from ITHL in respect to its confirmation from various governmental institutions of Brazil, the Company, as part of its submission, has requested an updated independent evaluation of the Brazilian Treasury Bond, which is the primary asset of ITHL.

The Company and ITHL view this updated validation as necessary and the last piece of documentation for both the submission of its finalized Listing Statement and the preparation of the pro-forma financial statements.
