Natalee Nelson of Brampton, ON awarded Cosmetic Dentistry Grant
BRAMPTON, ON, Sept. 7 /CNW/ - The Oral Aesthetic Advocacy Group is pleased to announce that Natalee Nelson of Brampton, Ontario has been awarded a Cosmetic Dentistry Grant in the amount of $8,500.
The grant was awarded after Ms Nelson applied to the Oral Aesthetic Advocacy Group for consideration of a grant to fund needed implants and whitening. Ms Nelson, a registered nurse, was delighted to hear of the good news and learned that she was the organization's first grant recipient after receiving a call from Lola Snidman, founder and president of the newly established organization.
"This is like a dream come true as I know that this will enhance my confidence in my everyday life," said Ms. Nelson.
Dr. Kazman, a family dentist also located in Brampton, was equally enthusiastic about his role. "The Cosmetic Dentistry Grants Program is one of the most effective programs I've participated in. It has provided me the opportunity to improve on my practice and give back to my community.
"We've already begun caring for Ms Nelson and our whole staff is excited for her...she'll truly have a magnificent smile once we've completed her treatment."
The OAAG was recently founded by Lola Snidman, a long-time advocate of cosmetic dentistry and a former director of the venerable Kochman Dental Center, one of Canada's leading dental facilities.
The organization has developed comprehensive advocacy programs that help dental practitioners improve on the performance and efficiencies of their practices, and can also help foster positive relationships between their patients and their local communities. Up to $1 million dollars of revenue derived from advocacy programs is then re-allocated to the Cosmetic Dentistry Grants program.
