MONTREAL, Dec. 4, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - National Bank of Canada (TSX: NA) announces that the 2013 annual report, including Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis, is now available on its website at www.nbc.ca/investorrelations.
A printed copy of the 2013 annual report will be sent, at the beginning of February 2014, to registered shareholders who have not informed the Bank that they do not wish to receive a hard copy. Registered shareholders who no longer wish to receive a printed copy of the annual report are invited to contact to this effect the Bank's registrar and transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company of Canada, by telephone at 1-888-838-1407.
As well, a printed copy of the 2013 annual report will be sent, also at the beginning of February 2014, to beneficial owners who have informed the Bank that they wish to receive a copy.
Subsequently, paper copies of the Annual Report will be available from the Bank, upon request and free of charge, by contacting the Investor Relations Department either by telephone at 1-866-517-5455 or by e-mail at [email protected].
The documents related to the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be sent separately to registered shareholders towards the beginning of March 2014.
