National Bank of Canada Announces Election of Directors

MONTREAL, April 21, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - National Bank of Canada (the "Bank") (TSX: NA) announced today that each director nominee listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated February 24, 2017 was elected as Director of the Bank during the Annual Meeting of the Holders of Common Shares held today in Montreal, Quebec.
