These measures include:
- Deferred payments on personal loans
- Deferred payments of principal and interest on personal mortgage loans
- Personalized, case-by-case agreements for affected business clients
"Regions in New Brunswick and Quebec are in difficulty. Therefore, National Bank employees decided to take advantage of internal technology to identify clients located in the areas affected by the flooding. We're in the process of contacting them and invite those who have not been contacted yet to get in touch with us if necessary. The Bank is very present and involved in Atlantic Canada and Quebec.
