NEAFAN Announces FASD Awareness Day 2016

FORT MCMURRAY, AB, Aug. 31, 2016 /CNW/ - NEAFAN services and supports Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders within the Wood Buffalo Municipal Area.  On September 9^th, NEAFAN is holding an FASD awareness event from 9am to 3pm at Keyano College Corner Grounds. BBQ food fare and refreshments will be catered for this free event. NEAFAN professionals will answer questions and provide information regarding the risks of drinking alcohol while pregnant, the effects of FASD, and available services.
