Neologic Animation Inc. Signs Deal With Prominent Dongying Youth Training Base

HANGZHOU, China, Aug. 9, 2012 /CNW/ - Neologic Animation Inc. (OTCBB: NANI),- (The Company), an educational software company in the People's Republic of China, announced today that the Company has signed a letter of intent to co-operate with the prestigious Dongying Youth Palace Training Base (Dongying) in the heart of Shandong Province.

Founded over 50 years ago, Dongying can provide more than 20,000 students a day with training from the "Naniya World" website.  In addition, the base is set to become the exclusive agent for the Company in the Dongying region, distributing its eduCards for the website as well as serving as an off-line training base.

"This is a very exciting day for the Company," said President and CEO Hongxiao Zhang.  "With over 12,000 primary schools and 1.2 million primary school students in Shangdong Province, this agreement with the prestigious Dongying Youth Palace Training Base can give the Company direct access to this rapidly growing market."

The region is home not only to the Shengli oil fields; the second largest in the country, but it is also the birthplace of Confucian culture and home to the great social Chinese philosopher, Confucius.  Development in the region will pave the way for future endeavors.
