New Company Name - Professionals' Fund Group Inc. becomes Professionals'
Financial Inc.

MONTREAL, July 12 /CNW Telbec/ - The board of directors of Professional's Fund Group has announced that the company's name will be being changed to Professionals' Financial Inc., effective July 12, 2010. This change also affects its Private Wealth Management and Mutual Funds divisions, which will now be known respectively as Professionals' Financial - Private Management Inc. and Professionals' Financial - Mutual Funds Inc.

A growing firm

Since 1978, Professionals' Financial has been offering investment management and financial planning services to professional clients. To better respond to the changing needs of this clientele, the firm has decided to expand its service offering. Professionals' Financial recently established an estate planning service and will soon be adding new investment solutions for both mutual funds and private wealth management.
