Walmart Canada's new Great Value Organic line gives consumers pantry staples meeting Canadian organic standards

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Jan. 13, 2016 /CNW/ - In response to growing interest in organic foods, and with grocery prices top of mind for Canadian families, Walmart is proud to announce the launch of its new Great Value Organic line of groceries. Rolling out in stores and on www.walmart.ca now, the retailer is offering more food choices with the introduction of nearly 50 affordably-priced Canadian certified organic products.

The Great Value Organic line includes flours, corn meal, breakfast oats, seeds, legumes, beverages, cereal, frozen berries, pasta, sauces, broth, granola bars, popcorn, cookies and chewy snacks and is satisfaction guaranteed. Incorporating any of these delicious foods is easy at meal-and snack-time.

• Breakfast: Try Great Value Organic Steel Cut Oats, Maple Instant Oatmeal or Corn Flakes for a hearty start to the day
