New MTS flagship store puts the customer first
Polo Park store embodies a renewed focus on the customer experience
WINNIPEG, Sept. 18, 2015 /CNW/ - (TSX:MBT) MTS, Manitoba's leading full-service information and telecommunications provider, today unveiled a new flagship store at Polo Park. The store is designed based on customers' feedback, and is a fully-integrated part of the MTS customer experience.
"Our customers asked for an MTS store that is open and inviting, interactive, and comfortable," said Jay Forbes, CEO of MTS. "Everything here has been designed with the single purpose of making the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible for our customers."
The store features interactive display areas that allow hands-on demonstrations of MTS products and services, and how those services work together. In addition to being able to upgrade to a new Smartphone, subscribe to Manitoba's leading internet services or check out MTS Ultimate TV, customers can get support for all of their MTS services at the new customer service area.
"The associates in our stores are dedicated to helping our customers," added Forbes. "They will be your trusted guides in a mobile and completely interconnected world."
