New online tool tracks roadside service requests
Auto club unveils CAA Service Tracker
THORNHILL, ON, Oct. 31, 2014 /CNW/ - CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO) is offering its members peace-of-mind at their fingertips.
The next time our members run into car trouble they will be able to track their roadside service requests using CAA Service Tracker. The new online tool provides our members with live updates on their roadside assistance requests. The free service shows the status of the call from the moment it is received to when the roadside service request is completed. The tool also gives members the option to cancel their roadside service request.
"We're proud to be the first auto club in Canada to provide this service to our members," said Cindy Hillaby, VP Membership and Automotive Services, CAA SCO. "CAA Service Tracker is convenient and easy to use and our members will be able to access the online tool from anywhere, whether at home or on the go through our website, on their mobile web browser or smartphone."
An easy-to-use map shows the dispatched service vehicle and/or its estimated time of arrival, as well as the average wait times in their area.
"We plan to continue enhancing CAA Service Tracker in order to keep our members informed and provide the kind of service they have come to expect from us," added Hillaby.
