An edition to remember!
More than just a sporting challenge, Tremblant's 24h delivers an extraordinary experience to participants and visitors with an array of activities that aroused generosity, tears, laughter and the determination to excel.
Musical highlights included the concert staged by the event's new ambassador, Marie-Mai, who lit up the Rogers Stage at the base of the slopes on Saturday night with a show that had the entire mountain thumping to the bass notes of the singer's biggest hits. Mélissa Lavergne followed, accompanied once again by her "24h house band" – a great lineup of guest artists – and Igloofest closed out the night with a wild set that had everyone dancing until the wee hours of the morning.
United for the children
Along with the thousands of participants, visitors and donors, the event saw many personalities, corporations and organizations come together to support children's causes.
Once again this year, Tremblant's 24h was pleased to count on a team of outstanding ambassadors who helped promote the event clear across the province. Marie-Mai, Benoît Gagnon, Philippe Fehmiu, Erik Guay, Alexandre Bilodeau, Alexandre Despatie, Lianne Laing, Dominic Arpin, Phil Roy and Frédéric Plante spent weeks before the event publicly promoting the importance of giving generously and supporting the participants and the beneficiary foundations.
The record amount raised, and the event itself, would obviously not have been possible without the dedication of so many partners and major donors, whose generous involvement showed how much they care about children's causes.
Spontaneous reactions!
"I'm enthralled by the commitment shown by so many participants in Tremblant's 24h and the support for children's causes. The effort they put in for months prior to the event brings results year after year, and I'm proud to share this magical moment with all of the participants."
– Simon St-Arnaud, Executive Producer, Tremblant's 24h
"I am always immensely moved when I see the impact donations have on the three foundations that benefit from this event. Many lives have been, and will continue to be, changed this year. To everyone who contributed, directly and indirectly, to the success of the 18th edition of Tremblant's 24h, I have just two words: thank you! Thank you for believing, thank you for participating, thank you for giving. Your gestures make a real difference."
– Patrice Malo, President, Fondation 24h Tremblant
