New Securities and M&A Partner at Davies Montréal

MONTREAL , Oct. 19 /CNW Telbec/ - Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP is pleased to announce that Ms Franziska Ruf has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate Finance & Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups of its Montréal office.

Prior to joining Davies, Ms Ruf was a partner of a major Montréal firm where her practice focused primarily on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and private equity and venture capital financings. Over the last two decades, she has advised many large companies and professionals in various fields, in connection with public offerings and private placements, as well as divestitures, acquisitions and joint ventures.
