New service for Richmond Hill and Barrie GO Bus passengers
TORONTO, Dec. 14, 2010 /CNW/ - Starting January 1, 2011, GO Transit will be making changes to some bus schedules in the Richmond Hill and Barrie corridors. These changes will accommodate demand and better reflect actual travel times.
Extra trips, servicing Union Station, Aurora GO Station, and Newmarket GO Station, have been added due to increased ridership.
In some cases, bus routes within the Richmond Hill and Barrie corridors will be adjusted five minutes earlier to better reflect actual travel times. Also, buses servicing the Bradford GO Station will begin using the new bus loop on the station grounds, eliminating the stop across the street from the station.
Passengers are encouraged to refer to their schedules online at gotransit.com/schedules.
