Newly redesigned CAA Burlington Store opens its doors for business

Customers enjoy new retail experience

BURLINGTON, ON, April 21, 2015 /CNW/ - From the moment customers and members walk through the new doors of the recently redesigned CAA Burlington Store, they feel right at home. Friendly greeters are on hand to welcome and direct guests through the home-inspired store layout.

After a three-month massive makeover, CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO) is now celebrating the highly-anticipated grand re-opening of its new flagship store in Burlington.

"Today marks a milestone in our long and rich history. We are proud to unveil a unique retail experience for our members and customers. The new, modern look and feel is the result of dedication, hard work and countless hours of planning, designing and constructing our new flagship store. This store remodel is the first of its kind and is the inspiration for future renovations," said Kathy Kelly, Director Sales & Distribution, CAA SCO.

The improvements to the 3,877 square foot store are a combination of technology and convenience which features two video walls, five digital displays, iPads and plenty of comfortable seating for customers.

"Whether you are booking your next family vacation, updating your passport photos, purchasing movie tickets or enjoying exclusive member benefits, we welcome you to the new CAA Burlington Store – your home away from home," added Kelly.

The major facelift comes complete with a living room where customers can sit back and take in the 'view' or browse an iPad while they wait to speak to one of our knowledgeable and experienced employees.

Meanwhile, a warm fireplace creates an inviting ambience for home and auto insurance customers in the den-like section of the store, those planning their next dream vacation can sit down with certified travel consultants in the dining area while others interested in setting sail can make their way to the front porch-inspired cruise section.

Customers and members are also treated to complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate during their visit.

The CAA Burlington Store is one of 34 retail locations in the South Central Ontario region.
