Newly redesigned CAA Windsor Store opens its doors for business

Customers enjoy new retail experience

WINDSOR, ON, Nov. 2, 2016 /CNW/ - From the moment customers and members walk through the new doors of the recently redesigned CAA Windsor Store, they feel right at home. Friendly greeters are on hand to welcome and direct guests through the home-inspired store layout.

After a two-month massive makeover, CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO) is now celebrating the grand opening of its new store in Windsor.

"We are delighted to unveil an all-new store experience for our members and customers. The new store represents our unique products, experiences and services to the community," said Kim Schwarz, Director, Customer Experience Retail, CAA SCO.

The improvements to the 4,025 square foot store are a combination of technology and convenience which features a video wall, three digital displays and plenty of comfortable seating for customers.

"The new CAA Windsor Store offers everything from booking an amazing vacation, updating passport photos and purchasing movie tickets to reviewing your insurance needs. We encourage everyone to come check out the store," added Schwarz.

The major facelift comes complete with a living room where customers can sit back and take in the "view" or browse a tablet while they wait to speak to one of our knowledgeable and experienced employees.

Meanwhile, a warm fireplace creates an inviting ambience for home and auto insurance customers in the den-like section of the store.

The CAA Windsor Store, located at 3155 Howard Avenue, is one of 34 retail locations in the South Central Ontario region.
