OTTAWA, Nov. 23 /CNW/ - The Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada (CEP) will hold a news conference to respond to Industry Minister Tony Clement's announcement on allowing more foreign buyers to bid on Canada's wireless spectrum, and to report on this week's lobby of federal MPs on foreign ownership rules.
