News Advisory - Rally to support locked-out Farmers Dairy workers
HALIFAX, Aug. 17 /CNW/ - Trade unionists, friends, family and other supporters of locked-out Farmers Dairy workers will be holding a rally this Wednesday in downtown Halifax.

The 250 workers, members of Local 40N of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada, have been locked out for five weeks. The Nova Scotia Federation of Labour has called on consumers to boycott Farmers Dairy Products.
The 250 workers include trades, machine operators, shippers, truck drivers and merchandisers.
