News Advisory - Stakeholders speak out about Parks Canada proposed cuts to canals/waterways

Background:	In 2010 Parks Canada promised to consult with stakeholders prior to making cuts to service along the canals and waterways within its jurisdiction.  Fast forward 2 years later and now Parks Canada announces there will be no consultation whatsoever.  Instead it will advise communities what to expect.
