News Conference - Results of province-wide survey on gambling in Québec
Concordia researcher leads ENHJEU-QUÉBEC team
MONTREAL, Nov. 5 /CNW Telbec/ - Researchers Dr. Sylvia Kairouz and Dr. Louise Nadeau from Concordia University's Lifestyle and Addiction Research Laboratory will hold a news conference to disclose the results of a large-scale survey (11,888 respondents) on the prevalence of gambling in Québec. The survey also examines the behaviors and problems associated with gambling. These results provide the basis for recommendations on how to prevent problem gambling and treat problem gamblers.
