NexGen Financial Limited Partnership Repays Outstanding Debenture to
VentureLink Funds

TORONTO , Jan. 4 /CNW/ - VentureLink LP, manager of the VentureLink Group of Funds, with over $265 million in assets under management, today announced another successful exit from a portfolio company. NexGen Financial Limited Partnership a VentureLink Financial Services Innovation Fund Inc. portfolio company since 2006, fully repaid its outstanding debenture. NexGen repaid the VentureLink Financial Services Innovation Fund Inc. $3,000,000 upon closing a private placement for proceeds of $15,062,000 .
