NEXTPOINT FINANCIAL PROVIDES CONTINUOUS DISCLOSURE UPDATE

("NextPoint" or the "Company") (TSX: NPF.U) (TSX: NPF.WT.U) & (OTC PINK: NACQF) announces a filing delay for its financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 (the "Q2 2022 Documents"). The Company expects to be in a position to file the Q2 2022 Documents by April 14, 2023.
The Company also anticipates completing and filing its interim financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 and the related management's discussion and analysis by the end of May of 2023 and its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 and the related management's discussion and analysis by the end of July of 2023.
