Nightingale Appoints an Experienced Operations Executive
The Company Continues to Execute on its Brand Promise
MARKHAM, ON, May 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Nightingale Informatix Corporation ("Nightingale" or the "Company") (TSX-V: NGH), an application service provider (ASP) of electronic medical record (EMR) software and related services, today announced the appointment of Trevor Henderson to the role of Executive Vice President of Operations, effective immediately. In his role, Mr. Henderson will be an integral part of the Nightingale executive management team. He will oversee the Company's operations in Canada and the US. His teams will have primary responsibility for Nightingale's existing client base, working to achieve the core tenets of Nightingale's Brand Promise, including unparalleled customer service, dedicated ethical people, superior products and Apostle training programs.

A respected industry veteran, Mr. Henderson has almost 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, information technology and marketing. He has held many operational and executive positions in the finance and technology fields, driving technology development, operations, acquisition integration and business development.
In his last position, Mr. Henderson was Senior Vice President & Managing Director at ADESA and OPENLANE, divisions of KAR Auction Services, a NYSE-listed company providing diversified automotive auction, technology and financing services across North America. In this role, Mr. Henderson was the head of a Canadian electronic commerce business facilitating several billion dollars in online vehicle sales. During the past nine years, Mr. Henderson provided strategic, technology and operations leadership in Canada and the US, including responsibilities for online platform development, market and partner development, and acquisitions. Mr. Henderson holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, and undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from McMaster University.
