Nightingale Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

David Toews joins Nightingale to drive next phase of growth and expansion.

MARKHAM, ON, Nov. 24, 2014 /CNW/ - Nightingale Informatix Corporation ("Nightingale" or the "Company") (TSX-V:NGH), a cloud-based provider of electronic health record (EHR) software and services announced today that it has appointed David Toews, CPA, CA as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective November 24, 2014. Mr. Toews brings to Nightingale a track record of more than 20 years of expertise in all aspects of accounting and financial management in public and private companies ranging in size from $15 million to $500 million in revenues.

Mr. Toews was most recently CFO for a private company that designs and manufactures power solutions. Prior to that role, he held a variety of financial leadership positions at companies including Enablence Technologies, Harris Corporation and Leitch Technology Corporation.
