Patient Access Inc.
Online patient portal integrated with EMR will drive quality of care improvements while increasing efficiency and revenue of medical clinics

Using Nightingale's innovative patient-centric technology and secure web-based patient portal, Canadian Patient Access Inc. will offer doctors a patient services platform seamlessly integrated with Nightingale On Demand, the Company's EMR and Practice Management system. The unique platform will provide patients with direct access to their physician and to clinic administrators. It will allow patients to schedule medical appointments online at their convenience. The patient portal will allow patients to review and access their medical history and laboratory results online, request prescription refills, request eConsults with their physician and receive care, medication and appointment reminders, all in a sophisticated and secure, easy to use online environment.
