Nissan Canada Inc. Reports Sales Results for November

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Dec. 1 /CNW/ - Nissan Canada Inc. (NCI) today reported its sales results for November totaled 5,312 Nissan and Infiniti vehicles, an increase of 7.8 per cent over the same month last year. The Infiniti brand accounted for 563 units sold, an increase of 25 per cent over November 2008 , while the Nissan brand accounted for 4,749 units sold, an increase of 6 per cent.

Versa continues to be Nissan's volume leader with 1,381 units sold, up nearly 22 per cent from November 2008 , followed by Altima with 997 units sold, an increase of nearly 23 per cent. Sentra sales continued to be strong with 801 units in November, while Titan and Armada sales were on the rise again with nearly 25 and 150 per cent increases respectively.

The G family continues to be Infiniti's best-seller with 309 units sold in November, up nearly 64 per cent over the same month last year, followed by the EX35 with 145 units sold. Sales of FX increased 8.5 per cent over the same month last year with the sale of 77 units.
