Nominees, Past and Present, to Gather in Toronto to Honour the Year's Best in
Canadian Film at 30th Annual Genie Awards Gala
TORONTO, April 7 /CNW/ - Established and emerging stars of Canadian cinema will gather together in Toronto on Monday April 12, 2010 to celebrate the 30th Annual Genie Awards. This year's roster of presenters includes a number of performers vying for a 2010 Genie Award as well as nominees and winners from years past.
The Awards show will be broadcast on Monday April 12 on Canwest-owned Independent Film Channel and webcast on CBC.ca at 9:00pm ET. The show will be re-broadcast on Sunday May 9 by Astral Media on TMN's MFEST (9:00pm ET) and by Corus Entertainment on Movie Central (9:00pm PT).
