Northern Frontier Corp. Announces Election of Board of Directors

CALGARY, June 18, 2014 /CNW/ - Northern Frontier Corp. (TSXV: FFF) (the "Corporation" or "Northern Frontier") held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on June 18, 2014. A total of 2,001,326 common shares ("Shares") representing 17.84% of Northern Frontier's issued and outstanding Shares were voted in connection with the meeting. All nominees proposed as directors were duly elected as directors of Northern Frontier by a majority of votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting as follows:
