CALGARY , Oct. 15 /CNW/ - Northern Property Real Estate Investment Trust ("NPREIT") (NPR.UN - TSX) announced its October 2009 monthly distribution in the amount of $0.1233 per unit, payable on November 16, 2009 to unitholders of record at October 30, 2009 .

As at the date hereof, there are 22,968,187 Trust Units and 2,134,107 Class B exchangeable limited partnership units of NPR.UN issued and outstanding.
