Norwall Group Inc. - Resignation of a Director

BRAMPTON, ON, July 16 /CNW/ - Norwall Group Inc. (TSXV: NGI) ("Norwall") announced today Mr. William Pearce has resigned from the Board of Directors effective July 15, 2010. Norwall wishes to thank Mr. Pearce for his contribution to the Company. Concurrent with this announcement Norwall's Board of Directors has been reduced from four to three.
