OTTAWA, July 4, 2014 /CNW/ - Scott Armstrong, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Employment and Social Development, on behalf of the Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Employment and Social Development, and the Honourable Kevin O'Brien, Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, will sign agreements with the province of Newfoundland and Labrador regarding the Canada Job Grant and the Targeted Initiative for Older Workers, as well as a Labour Market Agreement for persons with disabilities.
