OTTAWA, Oct. 7, 2013 /CNW/ - The Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Employment and Social Development and Minister for Multiculturalism, will deliver a keynote address to the Economic Club of Canada in Toronto.
Minister Kenney's address - his first major speech as Minister of Employment and Social Development - will outline the federal government's plan to address the skills mismatch in Canada.
