OTTAWA, April 7, 2014 /CNW/ - The Honourable Candice Bergen, Minister of State (Social Development), will take part in the Mental Health Commission of Canada's event regarding the At Home/Chez Soi project, the world's largest pilot project on homelessness and mental health. She will also officially launch the Government's new approach to combat homelessness.
