MONTREAL, Jan. 12, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Mr. Daniel Turp, titular professor at the Faculty of Law of University of Montreal, assisted by a team of students from the University of Montreal invite media representatives to a press briefing. It will immediately follow the deposit of a notice of a judicial review to declare Canada's withdrawal from the Kyoto Protocol as illegal. Details will be given on this demand during the press conference and the identity of the lawyer who will represent the plaintiff will be revealed on this occasion. The Association Québécoise de Lutte contre la Pollution atmosphérique (AQLPA) is also going to participate to the press briefing in order to give its support to the Kyoto's team initiative.
