TORONTO, Sept. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing on September 20, 2012 setting the matter down to be heard on September 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest, pursuant to subsections 127(7) and (8) of the Act, for the Commission to:

(a)     extend the Temporary Order; and
(b)     to make further orders as the Commission considers appropriate
